So Long Bentencho, We Hardly Knew Ye

IMG_4630

Just before Summer, Ann and I moved from Bentencho on the west side of the loop line, to Tsuruhashi, on the east side. The apartment is a lot bigger and the building is a lot newer. The rest of Tsuruhashi, however, is old. The roads date back to the era of samurai, and some of the houses look to as well.

More importantly, Tsuruhashi is famous for yakiniku and Koreans. Which add up to meat ‘n kimchi, two of my favoritest things ever.
